FILINGS:

Please email your Entry of Appearance, Discovery Request, and all other filings to court@monroega.gov. File stamped copies will be returned to you by email, if requested.

We also accept filings by mail. Should you require file stamped copies, please include a self-addressed stamped envelope. 

Please do not file a 'Waiver of Arraignment and Request for Jury Trial' unless you really do want a jury trial. If you file this type of paperwork, we will send your case to Superior Court and that may not have been what you intended by your filing.

RESETS:

The Court strives to adjudicate cases within 90 days of the violation date. Please do not request a reset unless you have a legitimate conflict. Resets must be requested through the Court at the above email address. A conflict letter must be included with your request.
