Dinosaur Day

Join us Downtown on Saturday, September 16th for a day of Dinosaur fun!  You'll find exciting dinosaur surprises around town at participating businesses look for the balloons.  Dress up in your favorite dinosaur outfits and be sure to tag us on social media.  Stay tuned for a list of participating businesses and activities. 

Addison's Wonderland:  Follow the footprints to hidden treasures inside the store (while supplies last)

The Armory Bookstore:  Free goodie bag to first 20 kids.  Dino Books, draw a Dino sidewalk chalk.

Anyone Can Paint (inside Monroe Mercantile Building):  Dino crafts.

Blue Rooster Cafe:  Rex from Toy Story making an appearance at 12:00.

Cottontails Children's Boutique:  Free goodie bag to first 50 kids.  Dino coloring sheets.  Dino baby & toddler clothing for sale.

Monroe Farmers Market (9:00-1:00): Dino stickers and tattoos

Monroe Walton Center for the Arts:  (11:00-3:00) Spin art, Dino dirt, erupting volcano, Dino shrinkydinks, face painting, cotton candy, popcorn.  Follow Dino tracks for a prize, and more!

Monroe Walton County Library:  Dino story time at 1:00, scavenger hunt all day inside the Library.  Booth in front of Visitors Center

Morton James:  Treat bags to the first 50 kids.
